Yes. We offer flexible access hours at our Wacol facility. If you need to retrieve specific items during your storage period, just call us on 0481 762 366 to arrange access. We'll give you a time that works and have your items ready to access when you arrive.
That's completely fine — we price by the week so you only pay for what you use. Most customers have a rough idea when they book (e.g. "4–6 weeks between settlement dates") and we plan around that. If your timeline changes, just let us know and we'll adjust. No penalties for going shorter or longer than planned.
Yes. Your belongings are covered while in our facility. If you have particularly high-value items, let us know when booking and we can discuss whether additional coverage is appropriate. We store everything as carefully as we move it — properly wrapped and secured.
